Very predictable result in Bucuresti where first ranked RomanianLeii (7-1) smashed bottom-ranked Swedish Skuru (0-4) 78-47 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Leii. Skuru managed to win fourth quarter 17-12 . But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Leii dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Skuru 's 26. Leii forced 33 Skuru turnovers and outrebounded them 45-29 including 19 on the offensive glass. Daniel Makasa fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Andrei Cozan (-2009) chipped in 18 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Four Leii players scored in double figures. Adam Hammami produced 11 points and 9 rebounds and Kristian Lasek added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Leii have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-1 record. Skuru at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with 11 other teams.
